WYTV, virtual channel 33 (UHF digital channel 31), is an ABC-affiliated television station licensed to Youngstown, Ohio, United States. The station is owned by Vaughan Media, LLC; Nexstar Media Group, which owns CBS affiliate WKBN-TV (channel 27) and low-powered Fox affiliate WYFX-LD (channel 19), operates WYTV through joint sales and shared services agreements. The three stations share studios on Sunset Drive in Youngstown's Pleasant Grove neighborhood; WYTV and WKBN share transmitter facilities at the site of WYTV's former studios in the city's Lansingville section.
